Contacting us
Communication is a vital component in any school, and at St Egwin’s we take pride in the speed, empathy and professionalism of our communication.
In order to keep parents/carers informed we use a variety of methods such as regular Headteacher updates, Newsletters, EduLink messages, progress checks and ongoing feedback.
We welcome your feedback as this is an integral part of our constant desire to ensure we provide the best education that we can for every pupil.
Much of the contact for the school goes through our main school email address [email protected] where Dr Allan will pick up messages during term time. Out of term time these messages will be picked up by different staff.

Working together to provide the best for all
There will be a wide range of reasons why you may wish to get in contact with us. Each communication is bespoke in nature and we will do all that we can to assist you with whatever your question or enquiry might be. In order to provide equity and support for all we have the St Egwin’s Communication Policy which explains clearly the processes and protocols for communicating.
We will work tirelessly to do all that we can to give the very best experience for every pupil at our school. We will go above and beyond what would normally be expected but we appreciate that there may be occasions where you feel that we could improve. Almost all concerns and enquiries can be resolved informally by speaking with the relevant member of staff, but we appreciate there might be a time when you feel that you would like to raise a complaint or concern. In order to support you we have a Complaints Policy which is designed to support you if you wish to raise a concern or complaint.
Like all policies, if you want a hard copy, please let the office know and we will make one available for you.
