Q. What skirts can girls wear as their school uniform?

A. Navy, medium-length skirt. No skin-tight tube skirts. No short skirts.

Q. How long should ties be?

A. Ties should be worn smartly. They should be nearer the belt than the collar.

Q. Can girls wear their hair down?

A. No. Hair that is long enough to be worn up, should be. Plain blue or black scrunchies, etc to be used.

Q. Can pupils wear tracksuit bottoms in the winter in PE lessons?

A. Yes. Pupils will be told by the PE staff when they should bring the appropriate kit.

Q. Do pupils need to bring football boots or trainers for PE lessons?

A. The PE staff will let pupils know what to bring. It is best to bring boots and trainers to all PE lessons just in case.

Q. What happens if my child forgets his/her PE kit?

A. They will be given a detention and loaned some kit for the lesson.

Q. Do we have to pay for after-school clubs?

A. No.

Q. How much homework is enough for my Y6 child?

A. Expect 5 homeworks a week. It should take about 20-30 minutes.
